note to self, I used some studs instead of brads, they cut right thru the paper and had to be reinforced with glue on the back. OOPS!

I haven't ever used nailheads or studs on anything, much less paper. Never thought about the fact that they might do a number on the paper and require reinforcement!
Speaking of which, I have these snaps that are made by Making Memories...do I just put them on like I would an eyelet??

Using different pp is not a problem for me at all. I used brads on the centers of the flowers.

I would sew those one's on if you can, not sure without seeing them. But you could always reinforce the back first with a little circle round of paper. does that make sense?

OH WOW - this is pretty nice. This is soft and elegant. I really like those colors together. Beautiful work Marcia.

I like the idea of reinforcing the backs with extra card stock. These snaps look like eyelets, except there is no hollow center ...not like fabric snaps. Although fabric snaps would be super cute on twill ribbon!

Such a pretty layout Marcia! Love the brad centers in the flowers!! I have a lot of decorative brads that I never use because I want to "save them". Silly me, it would be saving them if I put them on a layout, right? Then I could actually enjoy them instead of just keep them hidden in a drawer.

You really brought all the elements together nicely on this sketch. But my favorite thing about this LO is the theme. Simple title, but so effective. Good Job on this.

You gals did a great job on following the sketches so precisely. I really admire your ability to do that. I always think I have to put a twist into things and then my LO never looks like its suppose to.

Lovely work Melissa.
