so we can combine a sketch and challenge for one card only or can we combine different sketches and challenges for other cards

Not sure if I completely understand but hope this helps,

You can combo a sketch with ANY other challenge and if you combo the sketch another time with a different challenge that is good too! We want to see CREATIONS!
