We ship worldwide. Most orders will be shipped the same day of receipt. All orders over $75.00 will be shipped for free within the continental United States (your credit card will be refunded for shipping fees). Please note that our free shipping promotion can not be combined during store-wide sales or any other promotions. If we are paying your shipping, we may divide your shipment to achieve the optimal shipping expense. For instance, if you order papers, they may arrive separately from your embellishements if the cost is significantly different. We will notify you if this is the case. Please notify us immediately if you would like to upgrade your order to a faster shipping method. You are welcome to do this and combine it with our free shipping offer. Our website has secure connection to accept payments using MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. After your order is prepared for shipment we will email you letting you know the amount of your refund for over charge of shipping and/or out-of-stock items. At Scrapbook Heaven, we firmly believe in fair shipping. We have spent countless hours weighing individual products in hopes of achieving fair shipping along with automation, please rest assured that we have made every effort to achieve actual shipping charges (weight based plus envelope or box costs). The charges shouldn't be significantly different, but if your card was overcharged, we will refund that portion of your payment to your card. We recommend Priority Mail but if the shipping charges are significantly more we may choose to use parcel post.

- --Ship your small patterned paper groups together (to compensate for the box vs. padded envelopes)

--Keep in mind that each paper set is weighed with the box, and the weight you see may be a little high. We have no way of knowing whether a customer will order 1 sheet or 10 sheets. If you are overcharged your card will be refunded.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (If you have problems placing your order please email us and we will do everything to assist you)
- International buyers may check out instantly without waiting for an invoice. We normally use Air mail letter post for shipments as it is the most economical, and fastest possible delivery. There are a couple of guidelines for Air mail letter post, packages must be under 4 lbs, or the option for air letter post is not available. Air Parcel Post or Express Mail is used in this case. If we are able to fit your items in a flat rate envelope and it is a significant savings to you we will notify you and refund the amount of shipping overpaid.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
- All sales are final. Returns due to a customer changing there mind are not accepted. Please notify us immediately if your order is damaged or shorted and we will take the appropriate actions to correct the situation. In most cases we are not responsible for damage in transit. You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order of shortages/ damages. We make every efffort to pack our items carefully. If you would like to add insurance to your package please note in your order notes and we will notify you of the charges. Insurance is $1.30 for every $50.00 of coverage.
